Fraud order
Any of: Wyllo (formerly NoFraud) failed the order or sent it to review (unless Wyllo later cleared it); the order was cancelled with reason FRAUD or tagged "fraud"; or Shopify's own risk analysis recommends CANCEL or INVESTIGATE. Test orders are excluded. Cancelled orders are included.
Fraud rate
Fraud orders ÷ all non-test orders placed in the period.
Velocity flag
The 14-day address-velocity rule fired (tags suspicious-activity / review / 14d-order-count). Counted separately; an order that is only velocity-flagged is not a fraud order.
Net revenue
Order total excluding tax, net of refunds and edits, as of the nightly pull.
Aggregator order
An order that used a discount code where the first or last visit before checkout was referred by a coupon or cashback site (Capital One Shopping, RetailMeNot, Coupons.com, Savings.com, CouponFollow, SimplyCodes, Groupon, Rakuten, Honey, and others), or arrived through one of those sites' CJ publisher IDs.
Discount leaked
Sum of the discount amounts on aggregator orders — what the codes cost on orders that found them on a coupon site.
Periods
Full days in the store's timezone. Prior Day = the latest full day; L7 = the last 7 full days; MTD = month to date; All = everything since the first day of data.
